Power steering gurgle

My steering is working fine. However whenever I turn I can hear what sounds like fluid rushing through the lines. The best word I can think of to describe it is a gurgle or swishing sound. More than anything it's annoying. The Ford dealership said that they heard about this on the Explorer and decided after a little experimenting that it was "normal" and they were not concerned enough to try to fix it. I've never heard this on any other automobile I've ever owned.

Any one heard of this or have any thoughts?

Red face I'm tired

My truck does that.... It always makes that noise when I turn around in a parking lot. It's annoying as hell, but it's a signature with a lot of Ford vehicles.
