2001 f150 4x4

Hey guys had a quick question about regearing on my 2001 5.4 4x4. I am going to be replacing spider gears pretty soon (haven't opened the rear end up yet, just assuming thats what's failed on mine.) IF it is and I do in fact have to replace the spider gears how much more work would it be to re-gear? I am running 35/1250s right now and would like more power. I also do a little pulling with it (atvs and boats.) What gears would be the best bang for the buck (373, 410,456, etc.) I'd like to get a little better gas mileage and just overall better performance (speed, power when pulling, etc.) From what i've read id also have to replace gears up front what would that consist of? Tools/space isn't a problem have a big garage with lift, etc. Thanks in advance

I'm in the same boat as you. Same tire size and engine. Looking into 4.10s or 4.30s myself. Subscribing for more info
