Regearing to 4:56's.. will these work? help plz

Hey guys, like most of you with 35's im wanting to get some of my power back. ill be going the 4.56 route. just need to confirm some numbers here before I get to carried away

I have a 2008 f150 xlt. stock 3.73 gears and 4x4 so I know I will have to do front and rear diffs.

Apparently from researching, my truck is stock with a 8.8" reverse cut front, and a 9.75" 31 spline rear. does this sound right?

This being said.. summitracing.com has 2 different listings for the ford 8.8, they have just the plain ford 8.8 and then they have a 8.8 IFS section. would I order the reverse cut one from the IFS or does it even really matter?
the only real difference I spotted is that one set had 12 ring gear bolts instead of the usual 10. but all of them said they were 30 spline.

helllpp?

What engine? Rear would be 8.8 if a 4.6, 9.75 with the 5.4.

You will want the gears for the 8.8 IFS in the front. You have the 9.75 in the rear.
