05 f150 4x4 front not engaging

The. Switch and light work. It shifts from hi to low and it does work. There is vacuum at the solenoid. Bypassing vacuum at solenoid still does not get vacuum to the hubs.. now what?

No vacuum at the hubs means they are always engaged - vacuum disengages them for 2wd. Read this thread:
