Exclamation driveline vibration

When truck is in gear (forward or reverse) the whole truck seems to vibrate. Put it in park or neutral, vibration is not noticeable.

Anybody with similar experience and what is the fix?

Thanks for the help!

Let me clarify. For instance, when sitting at a stop sign/light, a more noticeable vibration is felt thoughtout the truck. If you put it in neutral, it smooths out.

Sounds to me like you're torque converter has just unloaded itself. Remove A/T pan--pan will be full of metal. I hope I am wrong! Happy Holidays, Gearman

Does it vibrate when you are not moving? Your motor mounts could be bad. Have someone put the truck in drive and with there foot on the brake rev the engine a little. Stand in front of the truck with the hood open while they do this and see if there is excessive engine movement.

BTW. Make sure they don't rev the engine enough to override the brakes, better yet have them put the truck in reverse!
