Limited slip question

Hi guys,

I don't know if my truck has the limited slip or not. Sometimes it acts like it does and some other times like it does not. Is there some part no that can tell that? Also, how do I find out what gear ratio I have.

thanks

You look at the axle code on the driver's side door jamb sticker or find the actual ratio on the metal tag under one of the rear end cover bolts. The most common code for a 2000 F-150 would be 19, which means non-LS 3.55s. An "H" instead of a "1" means LS.
