well last tuesday we went mudding and the trail was SLICK (my M/T's Were all over the road) and my buddy slid off into one ditch and i thought he was stick and started driving towards him and as soon as i get there he gets out and i couldnt get out of the ruts to move out of his way and he drove off into the other one. well we were there that night til 11:30 trying to pull it with my truck and another buddys Z71 and we couldnt get him out so we left it came back in the morning with my dad crew cab f250 6.0 4x4 and my buddys Z71 again and we ended up snapping 3 ropes so we left at noon and i drove to the farm and towed the tractor back and pulled him right out. and after all that he blew out the center of the clutch and broke the flywheel
well here are the small amount of pics i got

This thread cures the urge for a lift and bigger tires I get every once in a while. At 8200lbs the way my truck sits right now would need a lot more truck than any of my friends have to get me unstuck so I could only imagine how bad I could stick it if I had a lift and bigger tires.

Yes it is, my truck's are now strictly pavement queens, and if I ever get the urge to go off road I have a 4 wheeler and I know enough friends with Jeeps that I can get my fill of off roading that way. The last time I got my F150 stuck my friend couldn't yank it out with his 3/4 ton Chevy and it took us 2 hours with straps and come alongs to get it out. We thought we were going to have to fire up the backhoe to get it out.

This is not my worst ever but the worst that I have pics of. The tires are 35s and I managed to bury the truck to the axle earlier today. It is 4x4 but apparently it looks like my shift fork is broke. Actuator works on the front axles but as you can see, my front tires weren't moving. My worst was pretty much this but with about 4 inches of water on top of the sand as well. A new shift fork and a winch on my short list of things to buy now...

I was out there with a couple other trucks that I could have used. I've also been looking into some of the portable stake systems that allow you to create an anchor point in sand, dirt, etc. And the was plenty of sand to drive an anchor point into.

I wasn't stuck but I didn't feel like making a new thread for my off roading videos. Taken in Indiana, PA
