How many of you have had to replace parts like the starter after going swimming like that, I know mine went out a few days after I went offroading I don't know if it was just it's time to go or if I splashed it with water and wrecked it. I like to offroad but if I have to replace parts everytime I go I just can't afford it.

yeah would be fun if I wasn't going to school and only working part time, when I get a full time job where I make good money I will be back out on the trails.

If someone on our jobsite burried one like this they would be in their truck and off the job before anyone hooked up to the tractor.

plus he had a field cultivator.... he basically drove off into the pond to see how deep it would go

Whats wrong with that?? And I've discovered that if you get the biggest truck/tractor around stuck, you're pretty much SOL.

we have had to hook up a D8 and 2 9520 John Deere tractors in a train like form to pull another 9520 out of the mud.

That pretty much guarantees that it'll take a helicopter to get you out.

My friend's ZR2 S10 stuck...

And another friend's Rincon stuck. I pushed him through with my Kawasaki then pulled him on out the other side LOL. Note his seat is off because his engine took on water. You can see the water line on my seat on the Kawasaki also.

This thread is great....

If the pics are still in on my work computer I'll post 4 daisey chained F250s trying to yank a 15k AT Forklift out of deep sand.

Missile testing has all sorts hazards.

Digging out a 28' rocket that burried itself 16 feet in a pond at around mach 3 was a few pretty good pics as well, we made a hell of a mess that day including a international front end loader buried up to the articulating chassis, took us three days to dig that big bastard out.
