From what people have told me it affects the light output minimally. The main thing to remember is that the fog lights are only designed to shine "right in front" of the truck. They are not running lights so they do not throw light long distances.

Yeah I know. Do you actually paint the inside, or are you just tinting the lens?

I have a concern as for the actual lens cover. What happens when you receive a core that is fading and turning yellow ? How do you treat this ?

whats the turn around time if i just sent you my light to get done i would prefer getting mine back instead of someone elses

So far I havent seen any yellowing of the lenses... The worst is pits from scratches. if I receive a core I think is too far gone I will contact the person before giving them a refund. I do however have a polisher and can polish lenses pretty decently.

If you send me your lights directly give me about 2 days or so to finish them. If it takes longer I will keep in touch with you to let you know. Typically they spend more time shipping than with me.

have there been any reported problems with water or condensation after opening up the unit? i know i have read a lot of the aftermarket replacements have had horrible trouble with this issue, and i want to avoid that

Only a couple in the beginning. I used to use a black gasket maker and have since switched to clear silicone. Since the switch I haven't had anyone complain. In the earlier cases I worked with the individuals to resolve the issue.
