My 3rd brake light looks black when off other then the clear lights that are on when the doors are open so you can see inside the bed at night. They are shaded by lordfeyr

I don't really know I'm checking on that now.

If I sent you my headlights and 3rd break light what would you charge to paint/tint them both?

Yeah it looks like some clear coat and some drops of colored paint is the professional way to go besides tint.

What type of tint do you use?

Lamin-X pre-cut protective tint or just regular auto tint?

I would prefer Lamin-X or llumar tint......

So let me get a price on Headlights (I send mine to you) + 3rd Break Light Paint (clear coat and some drops of colored paint black) Since its the 3rd break light I care less about it actually showing light and more about it looking good.

OR Headlights (I still send them) 3rd break light tint (again really dark).

Also knowing the type of tint you use would be great.

And this is the kind of headlight paint I want done...............
Blackout Lights - Satin Black with Smoked Reflectors and Chrome Turn Signal Bowl

I actually use the VHT Nite Shades Spray with a clear coat to tint/smoke the lights.

175 for a set of lights painted and shipped to you. Once you get them you ship. Your stock chrome lights back to me and I refund you 75.

I'm interested in getting some done, however I'm not sure if I should go with the gloss black or satin black, any opinions out there? I drive a black supercab.

it would depend on your goals for the truck. Do you plan to change the wheels? If so what color etc... For a black truck though I would probably go with the gloss.

I plan on going with mostly black everything (bumpers, grille surround, wheels, etc...) that definitely could change though as I have not decided on a set of wheels yet. I'll look around for some pics of the two and get back to you with my decision.

The only difference in price would be the cost of the paint. The you can find some at Automotivetouchup.com and have it shipped directly to me. I would need one can of the white and one clear.
