WTB: 04+ Vibration Damper

This is kind of a long shot, but I'm looking for the vibration damper that ford put on the 04 and up f150s to help dampen the bed vibrations. Below is a picture I found of one.

Was that some kind of add on later? I don't have that on my 2006 but my bed did bounce like crazy, right now I have a leer cap on so it doesn't bounce now.
