Would eventually like to lower it back to stock, or get bigger tires, and paint that dark red section silver (which I suspect it was originally). Oh and that headache rack gotta go!

KEEP IT! I'm 54 yrs. old and still have my first car. My old 63 Fairlane has been in the family since 65. You won't regret having just sitting in the garage in 30 years.

Just finished up the install of my used 3/4 Chassis Tech lowering kit, everything went great until I realized that the front hangers that came with the kit were wrong and wouldn't work. So it currently has the 3" drop beams installed up front with the 2" lowering shackles and the overload spring removed in the rear. I will be ordering a set of Belltech 2" lowering hangers through work next month.

Here is what it looked like before

I think once I get the back lowered the extra 2" the stance will be exactly what I want. Then once funds allow I will be on the hunt for a set of first gen lightning wheels and new tires.

Future plans include installing the set of BBK chrome shorty headers that are sitting in my garage, stop the rust that I have from spreading (gonna rock the 90's "patina" for a few years, install a 3:73 LS rearend and eventually re-build (modify) the 5.0L

1990 F150, has the 4.9L Big Six. Has over 324K miles on it and has never been rebuilt, only major thing was a oil pump going out and a fire under the dash, (recalled the box on the steering column a week after it happened in like 1998). Other then that it's been repainted, I've put a Streetfire Ignition coil on it and keep the Oil changed every 2500-3000 miles, though it takes me almost 8 months to do that cause I dont drive it that much
