Gator..
Glad you know how to copy - paste now. It is real handy...

Steve is working on the galleries. As sooon as he makes progress He'll update us..

Do you want copy paste lesson 2 ?

You can Cut, copy and paste with the keyboard as well Hold down shift and usethe arrow keys to select text, hold down Control and hit x to cut, control C to copy, and control V to paste.

The stuff you copy or cut goes to "the clipboard" till you paste it or untill you reboot or copy something else.

Another keyboard shortcut I use a lot is Contol N. In Internet explorer it opens another window excatly like the one you have open. So if you are doing a search you can keep the original search window open - open a copy and click the resuilts link in the copy.

To figure out what version of IE or any thing else you are using click on the help menu ( or hit Alt H ) and choose "About " (Alt A ) you will see the version number.

This concludes todays keyboard shortcut lesson...

Now Iam completely confused. But I was running Exployer6. I ran the restore disc, rebooted and now Iam running Exployer5---I think. My computer keeps wanting to go to microsoft to upgrade but I willn't let it.

When I hit Alt and H, all it tells me is Iam running AOL 8.0---And even I know that! LOL

btw...Alt + A rings a bell

That means you are using AOL and its browser which may be part of your problems..

Use Internet explorer by itself and try Alt H

Man your on the BALL Doug

OK I just did the alt/h thing with Exployer and pulled up more info that I can comprehend.

Iam running Exployer 5.5 and can now log on with no problems. But this pesky Microsoft updater want to upgrade to Exployer 6.0 all the time and that lies the problem, correct?

Gator Stick with 5.5 for now.. You can tell MS to **** off for a few weeks...
Steve is working onthe galleries issue. I spoke to him today and he said that the problem is NOT consistent and that if you try 5 or 6 times you can get in... Which makes it MUCH tougher to fix
