My search button only works if I am on a thread. If im just on the Lightning forum witout being on a thread it doesnt work. What is the problem?

 

I've also had a problem searching since the new software or update.
What I've figured out is this.
You can't search your name in the main search box "like you use to",
if you do, this comes up.

Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms.

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : Rob_02Lightning

What you need to do is hit search, THEN ADVANCED SEARCH


Then fill in a name or topic to search,



and you'll be good to go
