What happened to the shirts?

We used to have F150online shirts, with a link on the homepage, i believe under "online store" but that link is useless now.

Soooo, what happened to the shirts? I think they were from Cafepress. com but dont remember for sure.

Oh and i tried searching for them on here and on Cafepress.

Thanks,
-Patrick

If I recall, the markup is only $1 - $2 per item, so feel free to blame Cafepress for their high base prices. I'm sure that the new owners of the site would be happy to refund your membership fee that goes towards the cost of the shirts...oh, wait, there is no membership fee for this site.

In all seriousness, it would be cool if IB (new owners) used their purchasing power across the sites they own to put together a t-shirt and/or logo merchandise program for the respective sites. I agree, $22 for t-shirt is pretty steep, but when the base price that Cafepress starts with is $20, there is really no way to make them cheap and go through Cafepress to produce them.

A few years back I was able to get NICE golf shirts embroidered for about 11 out the door - so cafe press' starting price is CRAZY high for screen printed shirts..

Lets all send an email to the marketing people at IB and suggest that they "use their powers for good" and get some shirts done....

I dont have an email address - so its just a joke

The smaller the production run, the more expensive the unit cost is going to be. It's not production that costs money, it's setup. Cafepress specializes in this kind of small quantity boutique stuff.

Sure, I can find a company that will stamp out cheap T-shirts all day for 5 bucks apiece, but setup is $200.
