Headlight fuses are popping

Headlight fuses are popping
I recently changed my passenger side headlight assembly and now my passenger headlight does not work (high or low beam).
The only headlight function I still have is the driver's side low beam.
The Driver's side high-beam also stopped working but the Parking lights, fog lights, & turn signals work fine.
I found two blow fuses:
passenger side low beam (Fuse # 23, 10 amp), and
high beam fuse (20 amp, right above the relay).
When I changed the fuses, they immediately popped again when I turned on the lights.
Any input?

That was it.
With an empty socket, the fuses did not pop, so I replaced the headlight bulb which did the trick.
Interesting that it took THREE bulbs to work.
The headlight bulb that came with the new OEM assembly popped fuses.
The bulb that was in the truck before (and working fine) also popped the same fuses.
The original assembly was faded and leaked, causing bulbs to burn out from the moisture.
Passenger headlight assembly, after & before.
