Misfire Mystery

Misfire Mystery
I have a 2019 F-150XL with a 3.3 L flex fuel engine. 63,500 miles, regularly maintained.
Since breaking down 6 weeks ago, the original problems appear to be repaired (the vehicle was dead and I have replaced the BJB and PCM) but now I have a misfire at cylinder 4 (Code is P0304).
The engine starts and runs smoothly but the misfire needs to be eliminated.
Testing for the misfire has included plug swap, coil swap, cable swap and compression check with no leaks detected. That leaves (as far as I know) the possibility of bad fuel or a vacumn leak which has not been detected.
SO I'm looking for any additional wisdom from the forum to help me see my way to a repair and to get rid of the Cylinder 4 misfire. Thanks for any ideas or feedback.
