Sub problem...

I just wired everything correctly in my car... and sounds great... only one thing...

the subwoofer amp doesnt work when I initially turn on my car... I need to turn it on twice (or at least the radio part) for it to work... then it seems to work just fine...

anything suggestions? I will praise anyone who can help...

Sounds like a problem with the remote wire. Try using a different hot lead for the connection.

Squeakers sounds on the right track. If you have a multimeter, check the voltage at the remote terminal when you turn on the radio. If it is getting the turn on volts, then the amp could be the problem. If it is not, then it should be up the chain, either the head unit or the power source for the turn on.

ok... that would explain it...
I have everything with its own connection... EXCEPT the remote wire... which I have 'sharing' the other amps connection...
I just was too lazy to hook everything up to the back of the stereo... but looks like I'm gonna have to... son of a bizniatchitzel
thanks guys...
