Well I put DJM arms on last night to replace my off brand LCAs, and lost another inch, its too far down now, everything rubs, everything is hitting, and i have almost zero turning radius. So now im gonna have to put different coils in to bring it back up a little

Ive heard about people dropping an extra inch with DJM arms, i just didnt think it was gonna happen.

This is the passenger frame under the cab

I also measured the front cradle is 3" off the ground

well i already had LCAs on the truck, just put different arms on it. They are 3" arms based on my calculations. Maybe a little more then 3"

Gonna go with the 1.5" Hotckiss coils i have with the DJM arms. Should keep me around the 5" mark up front. If its not quite 5" ill remove the ISO later on.

Taking out my Eibach 3" coils, probably tomorrow.

still aiming to be around 5" drop. The hotchkiss coils are rated at 1.5" and they typically sit lower on a Screw. My current coils are 2.5" Eibachs that dropped me 3" from factory.

With the cradle being 3" off the ground, that means im only 3" away from laying frame

well the hotchkis coils are in, and im 1/4" higher then when i started this whole project. The coils should settle down a little bit, so im happy

Just need to redo the alignment. Should be a good time for me to replace the tierods again.

I'm shocked and appalled that the founder of the https://www.f150online.com/forums/su...x4-thread.html would utter such blasphemy.

But I know what you're saying. Now that my f150 won't be the primary winter vehicle, I'd like to go lower, especially after seeing these trucks.
