Yeah but with the hooked end you can just pull it off. It's not like a plastic center cap is going to defeat your man power.

There isnt even a gap big enough to slip something under. unless its razorblade thin. The stock 17 " wheels centercap had one spot with a gap for putting something under it. I didnt see anything like that on these. My man power is what I'm afraid of . Ill most likely break a chunk out of the cap. or send it flying .

Im sure it works, dont get me wrong. I just am looking for suggestions. After the dealership scarred up my stockers I was pissed. They pry them off, and it chips the clearcoat on the rim around the centercap. after a short time the aluminum is all corroded and looks nasty. 9 out of 10 people couldn't give a ****e about it. but I do. Theres no reason they should take away from the value of your truck when they work on it. The stockers go back on in a couple months. Im just looking to keep these as nice as I can for as long as possible. I would never bring it in for any service work with them on it. I can park on a construction site for 10 months without a scratch or ding, but if I go grocery shopping of get it worked on I come home with damage.
