helluva difference, how's the engine bay look?
Engine bay is covered in dirt. Going to do a before and after of that as well. I'm going to try to buff the paint tomorrow so not sure when I'll get to the engine bay.

Buffed the paint today. This was my first time ever using a buffer. I think it came out pretty good considering. I'm sure someone that has more experience could do better, but I'm trying to get this truck looking as good as I can while keeping the cost down for the time being.

I started out practicing on the tailgate.

Before

After

Here's a before shot of the bedside. It looks like the guy's dog hung over the side of the bed and his nails scratched everything up.

Here's an after shot of the bed.

Unfortunately it started raining so by the time I was done with the truck all I could get is these crappy garage pictures. Hopefully the sun is shining tomorrow and I can get some better pictures.

I think the last picture is my favorite. Let me know what you guys think. Constructive criticism from the detailers is welcome.

I think you may need a custom grill to match the lower grill on your truck

BTW i have some JLP 2/3/4 shackles (gives 2" 2.5" or 3" drop) that you might be able to talk me out of keeping

I was going to paint the factory grille next weekend. Do you have an extra Patman grille laying around?

I'm def. interested in the shackles.

It's hard to say from here man, but I would suggest cleaning those wheel wells and applying dressing to them. Simple thing to make the truck pop a bit under further inspection

Thanks for the advice! The finish on these wheels is done so I'm going to repaint them and I'll do the wheel wells at the same time.
