Question F150 4X4/ HD charger conversion

I've recently purchased a factory takeoff 02' Harley Davidson edition Supercharger online. It included intake manifold, intercooler, fuel rails, injectors, throttlebody, coil packs, wiring harness and all sensors. I'm not planning on installing this for a few months but any ideas on what else it might require on the install. I'm not sure if I need a different fuel pump, than the one that comes with the stock 5.4L in 01'? What about the PCM? Most of my driving is commuting, towing, with occasional horse play thrown in. Will I need a beefier tranny, or will a shift kit suffice? Any assistance is appreciated!

Your project has been discussed at great length about a dozen times on this site. There is a thread string still active, https://www.f150online.com/forums/sh...hreadid=133348 check it out. You could do a search and find other threads on the same subject here, on the NLOC and on the NHTOC sites too.

It's a major job as you will read, plan on spending at least another $1000 for the missing parts, fuel pump and chip.

Anybody who has an OE supercharger setup that they intend to install their truck might benefit from the list of parts I have compiled that are necessary.

Send me an e-mail or a PM and I'll share the information with you.
