Thinking about lightning upgrade...

I've only had my FX4 for about 3 months, but I'm giving serious thought to adding a roush supercharger as shown Here. I was wondering; would adding the roush supercharger (seeing as it was OEM for the lightnings) void my warranty? I'm just curious, as I have been told that it will, and yet others have told me that it won't. More than likely, I'll have it done while I'm in Iraq (for the next year) at one of the local ford dealerships, so I'm looking at approximately $6-$8K P&L

Also, a noob question from a guy who's never driven anything with a supercharger, turbo, etc: After the upgrade is completed, I will only be able to run premium grade gas to avoid detonation, correct?

Thanks for the patience

Dave

thats not OEM on the lightnings. the 99-04 L's and 02-03 HD's OEM setup was an intercooled eaton supercharger
