Help in More Power

I currently have a 2003 F150 with 4.6 V8. Below are the mods I currently have and I'm looking to add quite a bit of more power. Where should I go from here?

XCAL2 tuned by Troyer
Air Force 1 intake
Eaton M90 supercharger
90mm mass airflow meter
Magnaflow Catback system
shift kit for transmission

Long tube headers, electric fans and a higher boost pulley.

You are pretty much beyond the bolt on stage, as am I. I would suggest ported and polished heads with cams. That's what I'm doing. Be sure to take a deep breath before you start pricing.

I got 38HP out of ported and polished heads and cams. Paid 1800 for them.My water/meth kit gave me over 60HP and was only around 400!

With the water injection kit, do you recommend the Snow Performance state 2 kit? I've also heard that going with a smaller pulley with the M90 isn't really a good idea. Would I get 60hp with just tweaking my timing in my programming or would that include a smaller pulley also?

Also, do I need to add a throttle body or does my mass sensor get me what I need? I have also heard that long tube headers are a decent option. I have been leaning toward the water injection kit because of getting the biggest bang for the buck.

"biggest bang for the buck". A small shot of nitrous would fit the bill. Too much and you'll have a big "bang for your buck".

Well I can tell you that I had an M90 on my 5.4 (My first blower set up)
I put a + 4# pulley on top and had a custom crank pulley made up that gave me another 1 1/2 to 2 PSI.Had the Snow kit and a 75mm throttle body.90mm mass air with 42# injectors and it was puttin out 2 times the stock setup was putting out.I was seeing 10 and a 1/2 PSI(I still have the crank pulley laying around)
Go with the stage 2 Snow kit.A lot safer then NOS and less money.
I was told by my tuner and some others that if I uped the boost on my M90 that a water /meth kit was needed.
