Will the pre 2004 HD/Lightning Supercharger fit the 2004 and up 5.4 3valve engine?

 

My guess is that they won't because of the 04+ 3v head connection is different from the 03- 2v and it won't bolt-up...

No you can't bolt the HD/Lightning SC onto the 3V engine. They have differnet heads and the manifold is too high. It will crash into the cowl. Powerworks/Magnacharger make an Eaton 112 based SC specifically for the 04+ F150s that many forum members have been having good luck with. Check them out at www.powerworks.net.

That's one of the reasons why Ford is offering the Saleen supercharger as an option on the 2007 Harley Davidson F-150. That supercharger will work on the '05+ F-150. Plus, it's twin screw!

 

I have been looking on to whipple supercharger right now for some days already
