IRONS1N,

Have you looked into different blowers too?

If not, check out some of these...

http://www.powerworks.net/f-force.html

http://www.lethalperformance.com/pag...-kitblack.html

http://store.roushperformance.com/detail.aspx?ID=553

These type of superchargers offer more power at a lower RPM range. The extra power down low will get these big, heavy truck moving faster than a procharger will for everyday driving.

Except where traction becomes a limitation then all that extra lowend is wasted.

Truthfully you are not going to miss much on the lowend with any supercharger you choose. Just get the best deal you can find and get a good tune.

Mail anaheim_drew. He'll tell you all about Powerworks.

I'n my opinion, Powerworks is a HELL of a deal compared to other kits.

You get everything in the kit... except spark plugs.. but they're only around $100.

LOL... you're right. I meant coolant.

I didn't know they offered plugs in their kit. Did they always offer plugs?

It is a good kit though.

Roush is a good system too if you want to take the whole supercharging thing farther. They offer a dedicated belt drive which will allow you to up the boost to the engines limit.

Powerworks is the best bang for the buck.

Yea I was going to get the Procharger for 3700, but then decided to probably go with whipple. I like the low end torque better since I do mainly city driving and I dont actually get up on it that much. But when I do, I love power...

Oh haha, I work at an auto repair shop, I get special deals on everything. The whipple Im getting is quite a bit off MSRP, but not a whole lot of mark up on them.
