so does having a supercharger help MPH or make worse??, i've heard both. I've always thought it would make it worse

 

A supercharger = more HP = higher MPH

 

im gonna guess he meant to say mpg.....in which case if you drive with an egg under your foot it will increase but if you floor it from every light then it will decrease

 

It will increase or stay the same

 

Mine went down,,,but I have a hard time driving it with out my foot on the floorboard,,

I get 14 city/ 14 highway... staying under 5 lbs boost.

 

I can get around 20 at 65 its all how you drive it, sometimes I'll run it hard and get 14 so its all how you drive

 

I'm getting around 10.5 city driving.

I didn't know there was an option to stay out of the boost?!? LOL

 

There is........ it's called parked with engine off

 

I ran my truck hard before the SC and after so I dont get the best mpg but i was at 13.2 with out and I am around 13.5-14.1 with. Just cant stay out of the boost. Now when my wife drives it she is in the upper 17's. So it is really dependent on your driving style.

 

I ended up w/ more mph, less mpg

 

Like I said,
the same or better based on driving the same before and after......Hard and on it..
My wife must know your wife

 

well the good thing about it, is when you can get to 100mph in 10 seconds "traction permitting" you dont use that much gas because your not at wot for very long right ? haha

 

i get right at 13.8 right now. i was getting about 16 BUT i did move from louisiana to new mexico....had to get a custom tune lol. can't keep the foot off of it.
