You will have to find out the diameter of the upper pulley and the lower pulley, I would imagine the upper is very small and the lower is medium on the super coupe. The CR of the SC was 8.2:1, so 12lbs will be a little heavy for your wants. It will take some work, and the hardest part will be finding a lower to bolt onto the heads. You could always buy ported PI heads and cams, and make the same power you would off of 8 psi, but then you won't have the whine.

now back to your original question, you need a lower intake manifold that will fit your trucks engine in order to fit the swap, along with many other items, such as larger fuel pump, larger MAF, etc

The blower off a sc tbird that he is talking about is different than the lightining/ cobra. it is mounted in a similar location, but the blower does not go directly into the intake manifold. Instead, it goes to a air to air intercooler in front of the rad, then back to the intake.
The big problem will be finding somewhere to mount it, keeping the pulley in line with the other pulleys, and then plumming to the intercooler and back to the throttle body.
If the blower is running at the same speed as the 3.8, it will produce less boost on the 4.6 as it will use more air. More air means less restriction for the pump. Boost or pressure is is created by resistance to flow.
To get the boost that you want will just be a matter of finding the right pulley combo. The only thing you want to be careful of is not spinning the blower faster than it was designed to run at. You MUST get it tuned to run and you will need bigger injectors and a MAF.

Other than that i would re-sell your tbird m90 for a m112 lightning/harley s/c an manifold and have it cut and re-welded for your 4.6 and you would have an awsome setup with plenty of parts you could use strait off a lightning truck. After looking at the tbird m90 pics on ebay it dang near gave me a head ache trying to figure out if it was even possible lol.
