Those numbers were from the supplied Whipple tune which was replaced loooooong ago
So your hp/tq numbers should be lower than the whipple tune originally was. Correct?

Why is that? Because everyone believes the whipple graph?

Because when you run more rich, your numbers naturally drop. The only way to bump the numbers back up is to add more boost, or advance the timing (to a point).

True and my graph shows that my truck with out the box numbers was running pig rich and The ACT spark retard was very aggressive

That "before" graph shows you running ~12.2:1 @ 100 MPH, which is assumed to be max WOT. Pig rich is around 10:1.

Did I miss something, or was the o2 sniffer not mounted right?

I see. That original graph shows 11:1 and for good reason. Running at 8 psi you'll need at least 96 octane fuel to run safely at 12.5:1, which is where it seems like you are close to now. My guess is the tune has the timing retarded around 4 degrees to compensate for 93 octane fuel.

Whipple decided to go the rich route at the expense of horsepower to prevent damage. 11.1:1 @ WOT seems to be the magic number for many of the manufacturers.

Your mixing information
both trucks are on california 91 octane
Whipple 8psi
Powerworks on 91 octane 6-6.5psi is all you will see in stock form

In this thread is a whipple graph with stock and out the box install numbers

My truck has a Powerworks and the dyno numbers are out the box running california 91 octane with all limiter on and 22"s

Can't say that since that would depend on the various factors..
What system is being used, what is the highest octane fuel available for daily use, truck location, quality of the tune.
7.75 on 91 octane 1 degree advanced

That's an excellent compromise. What are you running A/F at that level?

11.5:1 a/f which works out decent all things considered. I can't complain since the supercharger serves the purpose I got it for which was to clean up my engine bay

That's just perfect IMO. Not too lean, not too rich.

Nice! If I had another F150 I'd jump on the deal.

Bump for Roush.
