rousch charger

if i got the 6k kit from summit and threw it on my fx4, is that gonna lead to a whole lot more money needing to be spent to keep the truck running? can i do just the kit and be done? or do u have to beef the motor or heads or anything else[IMG][/IMG]

The Roush kit is a complete kit, you will not need to do anything else to the motor. PM me I can tell you how to save a ton of money on that kit

You could just bolt it up and go but if you want to go more that 99 your gonna need a custom tune, I would get you cause the Roush tune blows IMO.

I agree the other members. No engine mods are needed, but you probably want to get a tune to go faster then 99 mph.

We all basically start out like you. Spending a large sum of money initially for the supercharger, we plan not to spend any more money because of the huge initial investment. However, after becoming addicted to the power, we tend to keep throwing money at the truck trying to make it more powerful and go faster. Good luck with your decision.

I don't want to make you sick, but Troyer Performance is selling the intercooled Roush units for $4,750.00. I bought mine from Roush on ebay for $4,200.
