Magnacharger or Whipple.. 04 5.4 3V....

Which one would you go with? Price is within $600, I can get a Whipple for $3700 shipped or a Magnacharger for $3100 shipped. '04 FX4 is what I have for a truck.

Whipple! Then eventually get 39lb cobra injectors and a tune from troyer and be extra good.

Also, when the Lightning guys upgrade their blowers to another blower, its usually a twin screw.
Stock is a roots style like Magnacharger, but they upgrade to a twinscrew style like the Whipple/KB.

Whipp it! I'd do it again. I have one of the first to have the kit and mine is still running OK.

I'm thinking I might get the Magnacharger as I don't plan on going very far with my truck since it is my daily driver. If I didn't have a project street/strip Stang I'd go wild with it. The whipple looks good though, I'll have to see when the time comes!

There is nothing Wild with a 12lb Whipple and 39lb injectors.

The fact that this truck is your daily driver makes the Whipple shine even more. The higher efficiency/lower intake temperature means longer life for your stock block.

Get the Whipple, Get Get the Whipple

I have never seen them that cheap, is that used or new, intercooled? And if you don't mind giving up the source for either, please.
