For your application don't bother with the zex, You will want a progressive controller that monitors boost and a/f also. If i was going to keep my vortech, I was considering putting nitrous back on the truck and progressively control it correspondingly to boost. So I would have that 550-600ftlbs of torque to the ground down low, but the 450-500rwhp up top.

Assuming my injectors are already near "peaked out", well...not much headroom anyway, would the addition of nitrous increase the "load" on them, or does it require the same amount of fuel? Are colder plugs going to be necessary with factory temp Denso's?

All nitrous does is allow you to burn more fuel. I'm not a nos guru at all, but I would think that if your injectors are tapped out then there wouldn't really a benefit from running nitrous besides frying your motor by running lean.

Well, of course I'd get back on the dyno, but I had another thought. With a wet system, wouldn't the injectors be partially bypassed via the valve on the fuel rail?
