Kenne bell used to make an F-150 kit for the 2v trucks but are now discontinued, so unless you can find a good used kit, you'll have to go with a centrifugal such as Procharger , Paxton, or Vortech if you want something new.
I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to run a centrifugal on a big heavy vehicle, but after a little extra dough and work outside of purchasing and installing the kit, I'm pretty happy with my D1sc centrifugal, tuned via Troyer x.cal 2.
