97-02 Expeditions

What S/C work on them? will a whipple or Kenne Bell work.

how about a Roush S/C or saleen.

Kenne bell used to make an F-150 kit for the 2v trucks but are now discontinued, so unless you can find a good used kit, you'll have to go with a centrifugal such as Procharger , Paxton, or Vortech if you want something new.

I know it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to run a centrifugal on a big heavy vehicle, but after a little extra dough and work outside of purchasing and installing the kit, I'm pretty happy with my D1sc centrifugal, tuned via Troyer x.cal 2.

what If I went the route of a 04-06 Expy? I can Install a whipple on there how bout a KB. how come the body style was changed in 03 but not the motor til 04?

sorry, the 5.4 2V, and then the 5.4 3V that was in the 04- with the expy and f-150.

So you don't have this truck yet?Your just looking into possible planes for what Expy you buy?

you can run a whipple or a KB but you'll have to the same steps as the lightning swap/conversion in order ot be able to run either one

roush and saleen are only for the 3 valve 5.4's
