I have a 3-way T fitting coming off the big line going to the vacuum reservoir on the firewall behind the battery. Boost gauge, by-pass valve, and 3-bar MAP sensor all plumbed into that fitting.

I'll get the numbers from mine for ya. I still just have the 8-9psi pulley, but I'm pretty sure I hit 10 psi @ 5500rpm

I'll just do a run in first and see what I get. The truck doesn't shift until about 70 km/h

@ 60mph my truck is running @ 10 inches of vacuum and I will only see boost if I'm roughly over 3/4 throttle.

I don't think you should see any boost unless your in the throttle, that is the purpose of the by-pass valve.

Yup, same spot. I just replaced the factory T with one that had 3 additional ports.

I wonder what's different then. I am pretty much always in vacuum or at "0" unless I'm in it pretty good, even when I manually hold a gear and get into the higher RPM's.

that's what I'm trying to figure out, I still pull right around 18 inches of vac at idle but when I'm on the throttle at all the bypass valve flutters (freaked me out the first few trips) but the truck runs smooth and has lots of low end power that it never had with the leaky ATI bypass valve
