Exclamation Fitting a supercharger on a 07 w/4.6l***

Is there any bolt on kit available for the 4.6l or is there one not 2 complicated to fit in my truck????Been wanting to put one for a while but can't find anything sure!!!!

hey oakley! I TOO have a 4.6 awaiting to see if there is a supercharger that fits also but... i was wondering if you have regeared yet? and if not how bad is it sluggish wise? im going 6in. with 35's and i know u have 38 just wonderin what it was like! not to ruin your posting here

I hope you are referring to a positive displacement VS a centrufigal

a centrufigal kit would need to start as a '97-'03 F-150 kit and a positive displacement would need to be from the same year 4.6 F-150's or a 2 valve mustang kit

obviously the truck kit would require less modifications but I'll let you search that out yourselfs

P.S. adding a supercharger will do nothing but add stress to your transmission unless you regear your truck as well when you add the larger tires

I run 4.56 gears with intake exhaust and TBD w/flashpaq and the truck is awesome!!!I don't do much highway/long drives so the gearing is perfect for me but for every day driving with 35s I'd go with 4.10 gears!!!

so the gearing is good news but what supercharger are you interested in installing??
