It is not necessary to "re-gear" to install the supercharger.I run 35's on mine and have not had an issue, nor do I expect an issue with the transmission due to the supercharger. And yea, I like to bury my foot in it quite often. What you don't want to do is downshift from overdrive to second gear which has a negative effect on these transmissions. Use some common sense and you will be fine. 30,000 supercharged miles and going strong on mine.
