Flex-a-lite's customer service rocks

I have the flexalite 270 twin fans on my expo they made the whole intercooled blower thing possable. I installed the fans last dec and 2 days ago i had them crap out on me. I guess the vsc control burned out so i called flex a lite and spoke with dave. He sent me free of charge 2 new fan motors and updated ver.1.4 VSC control. The only thing that sucked was the $150 tow home. If you call their customer support ask for dave and not AJ hes kinda slow. Just to let every one know when you loose the VSC hard wiring the fans to the battery will not work i tried it has to have the controller working in order to give the fans more juice

I bought a used FAL 270 from a member hear and when installing it I broke off one the + wire from the VSC so I called into FAL to see what I could do and they sent me a new VSC for free....only question aske was my address ...

I had a problem with the old controller and Dave sent me the latest and greatest one as well. Definitely excellent customer service.
