a good rule of thumb is to subtract 2 pounds from a lower pulley when running a Harley upper or just ell whoever you get a crank pulley from that you have a harely upper and your desired amount of boost and they should be able to take care of you

Like you said,,I'm trying to sell it.

I have always been impressed with the low end torque of an Eaton.
My first blower was a little M90 at 5psi and I loved it.
With the Eaton blower you will have your full boost as soon as you hit the gas.
HP & TQ will be determined by what size pulley you run on the bottom when you first set it up.
But it is capable of producing more power then a stock bottom end can handle.

Phil

I too am impressed with the eaton's low end power

the harley eatons have a larger snout pulley resulting in 2# less boost than the Lightning eatons other than that there is no difference

you would remove your intake manifold and replace it with the ightning/harley intake manifold assembly and bolt on the tensioner bridge, supercharger drive pulley, intercooler assembly and the rest of the small pieces

I should have OEM brackets. the only thing I changed was diong the GOTTs mod. but ill be removing all of that crap. got a couple more questions for ya:

most likely ill be getting the L stock airbox, is that any form of CAI or is it like my stock w/ restrictions?
ive seen most ppl get guages to monitor whats going on under the hood, what would be a good config. for those guages? and did the L's have a little guage behind the steering wheel?
and is there anything else you would like to share while I think of more questions?

(sorry for all the questions but I just want to make sure this is going to be the least amount of hassles since to me it is kinda expensive and will have to stop going to movies and eating out for a while and thanks for all the help)

it's soo worth it, trust me (phil, boos1984, onelowf and many others will back me up on it)

the stock Lightning air box is fine for up 12#, I really like the JLP air box but brand new would add an additional $500 to your cost so something to save up for later on down the road

the Lightnings and harleys use the same box (different badge) it draws from teh federwell just liek teh stocker without as much restriction

the lightning\/harley trucks use a liquid to air, tehheat exchanger mouont up to the bumber brackets with teh pump and lines taking teh fluid to and from the intercooler core inside the lower intake manifold

I have a column pod, but I am getting ready to add 2 guages that are beside the steering column to avoid a cluttered look
