No. The Nightmare is a stock 5.4. With this kit you're only looking at 485hp verses the 445hp. Myself as well as many others are churning out 530-560 on our stock motors. This kit would be fine. Even better with a custom tune.

I would do long tube headers, custom tune via JDM, VMP or some place like that, and pully upgrade with MAF upgrade (assuming its not a 95mm stock)

X2 on the longtubes. The shortys are useless on FI trucks. Sell them and go long tubes. They come with the kit to keep it street leagl. Being its a Roush I would go Troyer all the way with the tune.

where is troyer located. The dynatech longtubes look like the way to go.

Does he sell and install these headers?

Yes he does. They are awesome headers. Btw if you go this route you will not need the kit. Just get the pulley, headers, tune, and SCT from Mike.
