If you can still get the Whipple kit for 3K .That would be your best and cheepest way to go for sure!

It will be hard to beat the Whipple. Unless you have the know how or funds to fab up a turbo kit. The nice thing about the twin screws is they can grow with you. Good to around 20psi of boost.
