Fuel System Parts

I don't know why but I just can't seem to get this through my old, thick skull.

Assuming an ATI at 11-12 psi, Lightning in-tank pump. I get the impression that for best performance and reliability we are better off if we eliminate the FMU.

In order to eliminate the FMU but stay on the conservative side, we need a ??mm MAF, ??mm TB, ??# injectors, and a chip burn.

I have read that if we go with a 90mm MAF and 42# injectors it will hardly run without the correct chip.

What I want to know is whether there is a smaller combination that is adequate but will at least go to work and back, albeit poorly, that will allow me to send my chip in for reburn without laying up my truck for ??? days, weeks.

I'm anxious to see what your 'testing' concludes. I've got the Granatelli instead of the Pro M, but it should be similar.

I think I'll wait to hear the results of what the "testing" reveals also.
