Trying to talk the wife into letting me lower my '97 ext cab flairside. I know the store here carries the BellTech kit. I checked with Steeda and they said they use the Ford lowering kit-made by Ground Force. Both kits use front coil springs, and rear shackles and hangers. Steeda said I would not lose any load capacity with either one. I know a few of you have Rousch F150's. Doesn't their kit also include new leaf springs? Why do they use them? How well do you guys handle? I came from a '91 Z28 that I lowered and made modifications to. I know the truck will probably never handle quite the same, but it can definitely get better than stock. Any info or advice? How about price for the Rousch suspension?
