Just curious if anyone has had any problems with their idler arm. My went, so much that the tie rod was banging against the frame.

Now although mine is lifted with 35" tires, the dealer replaced the idler arm, under warranty. The one they replaced it with seems quite a bit more beefier than the original.

The shop that did the lift said it is a common problem with the F150's. They are the one's who recommended that I check with the dealer first.

So I just wanted to see if there have been any other front end problems out there.
