I also think that Superlift makes traction bars.

Rancho does not make a kit for our f-150's.

You can however make a kit work. I did this. Had them chromed. 99% absolutely sure it works. One thing is you have to flip (change) the u-bolts and backing plate. The skid plate on your gas tank can also cause a little problem. Rancho #'s are 5585 and 6723. Contact PG series trucks.
www.pgseriestrucks.com They are the ones who did this.

I also have a wheel hop issue and this is where I am going. www.calvertracing.com This system was mounted on a 98STX and has been used by some of the guys on the Lightning board. Try a search on Cal Tracs for the threads. Hope this helps!

I am working on it and will be ordering Cal Tracs soon. After the install, I will post the results.
4ord_man, do you have a limited slip diff? Have you tried lowering the rear tire pressure? Could you post your profile? I check your profile but there was no info on your truck.

4ord_man,

If you decide to get trac bars, your decision will most likely come down to how you want them to look. RCD's are diamond shaped as seen in the picture. Pro Comp are twin tubular, and rancho are single tubular. All of these will fit, without a lift.

I'm not sure and I don't have them I just know that RCD offers the traction bars. I spoke to one of their reps a few months ago and the Grand Opening of ORU's new location but they didn't have a price and I have inquired since them. My best guess would be $300-400.

I'm going to have some custom traction bars built. They will be similar to the Rancho bars. I mean the will be tubular, probably and 1-2inches in diameter and be powdercoated black but not in the near future. I have some other mods first.
