Post Please Help if you know about susp. I've been trying to figure out all day!

I have a '99 f-150 xcab and want to know which is better, a 6" rcd lift or 6.5 ultimate fabtech lift. Please let me know, and i was thinking about getting a 3" body lift to go with it thanks.

You'd probably have to find somebody who has had both systems before you'll get a real answer to that one. I only have experience with one, the Fabtech lift and I like it a lot. Can't compare it to RCD since I know nothing about RCD. Look around the posts here and don't be afraid to do searches and go back a ways... there have been tons of posts of our opinions, pics, prices and suggestions on suspension systems!

I'm biased as to which lift is better... as the company I work for builds 2wd lifts for the new Fords... But of the two lifts you've mentioned, I'd have to say the RCD system is the better of the two.
