Question Shock opinions

I have recently picked up a 98 f150 4x4 xl super cab with 4.6L.

This thing still has the origonal shocks on it!

I obviosly want to replace them but I am just looking for a few opinions on a good shock absorber. I want a comfortable street ride but still want to be able to work with the truck and very possibly the occasional off road experience.

Any sugestions would be appreciated

Edelbrock IAS or Bilsteins. You can't go wrong with either one.

Dude, do a search, you'll be reading for days. This is one of those subjects if 20 people answer, you'll get 25 different opinions. But, since we're here, another vote for Edelbrocks.
