Front-end clicking on turns

I recently bought an '89 F-150 with about 100,000 miles. When I turn (I only notice this at low speeds), I hear a light clicking. The sound only occurs as I begin to turn, never more. Does this perhaps indicate a problem with the tie-rods? I'm not sure if they were ever replaced.

Also, the truck leans pretty heavily toward the front and the wheels are slightly cambered. My guess would be that the coils should be replaced. Is this common?

Thanks,
Kyle Kruszewski
