Hi, what's the difference between spindle lift and A-arm lift?
I went to this site: http://www.4x4cyberstore.com/website...ch5.html#coils to check out some lift kits and I saw a 1997-2003 F150 2WD 3.5" Lift Spindles for $470. And at the bottom, they have a 1997-2003 FORD F-150 2WD 3-1/2" KIT for $825.
I don't know what's the difference between those two because it was advertised to provide a 3.5" lift.
Thanks
Nathan

Well with teh lift spindles you do NOT have to get new shocks and it attains factory like ride. The only difference the lift spindles and your OEM ones is that the actual spindle that the tire rolls on is 3.5 inches lower. And with the lift coils, the new coils are 3.5 inches taller than OEM. You need those upper A-arms because when you put that much lift with out changing the length of the uppe A-arm, you can never get it porperly aligned.
