Lightbulb Coil Spring Lift????

There are these 2" coild springs on ebay for sale, 100 bucks including shipping. Can I just install those and be able to put larger tires on my 2000 F150 Super Cab???

Depends, your truck 4x4 or 4x2? Completely different suspensions. If its a 4x2 it needs to be for a 97-03 F150 or the coils will not fit. If they are then yes they should work, but it would be in your best intrest to get new shocks and a rear 2" lift to make the truck work like its supposed to.

Well you wont neccessarily need a lift in the back because from the factory the rear is 2 inches higher, and that 2 inch coil will level things out. Also on another note to save you money is to buy a camber kit and install it your self then take it to the alignment shop. Buying the caber kit and installing yourself with save you around 50 bucks in labor.
