My truck sags and is uneven. I was looking at putting new springs in all the way around but someone mentioned to me that I should just buy the spring helpers.

What are your views on this?

If you're really concerened about it just put a good set of air assist or helper springs in the back. The front doesn't use coils or leaves. It uses torsion bars and if they sag some you just need to adjust them up some more.
